Getting Started - Suspending/Unsuspending Account

This guide will walk you through the process of suspending or unsuspending accounts.

STEP ONE:

Login, and select your desired environment (filtered or global view).


STEP TWO:

Navigate to the "Accounts" tab.

then

Search or select an account of concern.

STEP THREE:

Click the cross out/check mark button to SUSPEND or UNSUSPEND a account.

The account status of "Suspended" or "Unsuspended" is indicated beside the name.


STEP FOUR:

Review the details and complete the suspend or unsuspend confirmation pop up.

Additionally you can send a custom message notification to indicate why the user account was suspended.
