This guide will walk you through the process of creating individual remediation messages on a per policy basis.

STEP ONE:
Selecting the "Warn User" option on the source(s) drop down list or checking the "Notify User" option enables the option to create your own customized policy user notification.
Next click the new 'custom message' option that appears to the right of "On Remediation:". This feature setting is quickly identified by the blue outlined pencil and paper icon.
NEW FEATURE: Email Warning Granularity
Note: Selecting "Warn User" grants you the ability to choose who in relation to the Email receives the violation alert.
OR
STEP TWO:
From the "Add Warning Message" window insert appropriate content you wish to be sent to the user(s) who violated the policy.
Note: The message body is limited to 1200 characters max.
Select the Apply button at the bottom right of the window.
STEP THREE:
Once you have applied your customized user warning message ensure the updates to the policy(s) are saved. Scroll to the bottom of the policy page list and select the Save button in the bottom right.
