STEP SIX:

Once created, you will be re-directed to the Privileges of this new role. By default, none will be selected except for the "SaaS Details" > "View" permission on the "Summary Tab" which is required for all roles to see the landing page after logging in. From here, navigate to the tabs where you would like users to have access, and grant the applicable permissions by selecting the check boxes. For this example, we'll be granting view only permissions to the Risk Tab. Rather than having to select each view permission manually, you can simply click the "View Only" check box at the top of the page. Once all desired permissions are selected for the tab, save your changes by clicking Save for <tab name> Tab.

STEP SEVEN:

After selecting and saving all the permissions required for the role, navigate to the Assigned Users tab, then click Assign Users to give this role to existing users in your environment.
