This guide will walk you through the process of keeping notes on risks. Notes can be used to help organize, track, and communicate information relating to risks. Follow the guide below to make a note on a risk.

SELECT A RISK:
After navigating to the Risks Tab select any risk.

VIEW OR ADD NOTES:
Scroll to the bottom of the risk popup, any previous risks will be displayed.

Creating a New Note: To add a new note, simply select the "Add Note" button, and add any details you would like, and click submit.
DELETE OR EDIT A NOTE:
To delete a note, simply select the "Delete", to edit the note select "Edit".
