Root OU Users Not Monitored
Change:
Instances containing root OU users will loose platform monitoring access for those accounts.
Any account not assigned an OU will result in loss of monitoring, risk detection, and malware scanning.
All root users will no longer be displayed within the platforms data summary sections.
Solution:
STEP ONE:
Navigate to Google admin console https://admin.google.com
STEP TWO:
Login using an admin account. Navigate to "Directory" then "Users".
STEP THREE:
Identify root accounts by applying "Users from selected organization units". Then select your root OU from list below.
STEP FOUR:
Review the users displayed in root OU list. These accounts can be individually or bulk updated to "Change organization unit".
