Policy Violations: Fixed search by "Policy Name" that failed to return results on Apps and Users.

Devices: Decouple Block sites from Locked device site.

Policy: Resolved issue with "," in search term that caused unexpected site blocks.

Search: Fixed category field value now filtered related results.
