Overview
Classroom's have become a critical management focus for domain admins. Classroom creations, deletions and edits can generate excessive task times. ManagedMethods "Cloud Monitor" helps alleviate those downtimes by providing a simple summary packed with beneficial actions.
Detail
The "Classroom" tab presents clear status and related source details which allows for various admin actions. Beneficial actions include status changes to activate, archive, restore and delete. Other actions relate to transferring ownership and adding/removing co-teachers or students.
Bulk Actions:
Using the Activate, Archive, Restore and Delete actions helps quickly reduce clutter and improve classroom management.
Select multiple results to "Activate" new classrooms for teachers or "Archive" historic resources.
Clicking "Restore" or "Delete" also allows for quick management clean up.
Individual Actions:
End goals may arise around a specific classroom. Admins can select a unique class from the summary section then leverage "Actions" accordingly.
Teachers also shift positions which relates to admins having to transfer ownership of existing classes. Other cases may require adding or removing co-teachers and students.
These tasks can all be achieved using the platform's summary sections and actions.
Filters:
Refining the summary to a specific status or creation timeframe helps group results for review and bulk/individual actions.
Click "Filter" on the summary section to display options for refining results.
Note:
Bulk "Delete" is limited to 10 results per action. This is set to avoid unintended mass deletions.
