Customize - Spam/Phishing

This guide will cover the process of enabling the Spam/Phishing risk and setting up a related Policy for violation alerts.

Note: Currently in experiential stages. False positive results may arise. Don't set Policy remediation.


STEP ONE:

Navigate to the Admin "Risk Scanning" section.


STEP TWO:

Search and find "Spam/Phishing" risk scan.


STEP THREE:

Click "Edit" in Actions column then navigate to "Scope and Limits" subtab.


STEP FOUR:

Select desired "Views" from Sharing Limits and apply "Incoming" directionality.


STEP FIVE:

Navigate to the Audit & Control "Policies" section.


STEP SIX:

Click "+ Add Policy" in top right of page.


STEP SEVEN:

Input Policy Name then apply "Email" to Source. Lastly, select Risk and set "SPAM/PHISHING" for Risk Types.


STEP EIGHT:

After clicking "Apply" scroll to bottom of page to review and "Save" the new policy.
