Note: See Create and Configure a New Scene before you read this guide. Focus Mode is an additional feature that goes beyond simply blocking a specific site.
Note: If Focus Mode is enabled, all explicitly allowed sites will automatically open as tabs on student's browser. All other sites not explicitly allowed will be blocked and the browser tabs closed automatically. Closing any allowed sites will be automatically reopened the site as a new tab.
STEP ONE:
Once in Configure Scene navigate to Policies.
STEP TWO:
Toggle on Focus Mode from Policies.
STEP THREE:
Click the Save button to confirm turning on Focus Mode.
Note: Ensure you have an Allow List set as part of your scene or Classroom Manager will block and close tabs on all sites.
STEP FOUR:
Click the Save Button next to the Scene Name to save your changes. Your scene will now have Focus Mode turned on.
