STEP ONE:
Click the Arrow to see which Scenes are currently turned on for the Class Session. If you only see the Session Default it means no additional Scenes have been applied to the Class Session.
STEP TWO:
Click Plus and Add Existing to add an existing Scene to the Class Session. You can create new Scenes in the same way. See Create and Configure a New Scene for more information.
STEP THREE:
You will now see a list of all Scenes that you have own or can access. You can search for a specific Scene or scroll through the list of scenes.
STEP FOUR:
Once you find the Scene you want Click Add to Session to add the Scene to your Class Session. The Scene will now automatically enforce the block, allow, and/or Focus Mode set as part of that Scene.
STEP FIVE:
Classroom Manager will display a Success! message to confirm the Scene was applied to your Class Session.
STEP SIX:
Click Close and now you will see your Scene has been applied to the Class Session. You can make changes to the Scene during the Class Session by clicking the Edit Pencil. See Create and Configure a New Scene for more information.
