Cloud Monitor is an app deployed at the cloud level. ManagedMethods has to abide by the connected service's rules and regulations. Cloud Monitor has known limitations due to cloud deployment and service restrictions.

Data Sync:
Logins - Data updates every 4 hours.
Accounts - Data updates every 4 hours.
Classrooms - Data updates every 24 hours.
Meetings - Data updates every 24 hours.
Search:
Live Email Search - Returns 1,000 mailboxes with 100 results per account. CSV report option will export high-level data points. EML report will download the email content directly.
Live Files Search - Returns 100 results per account. Data reports from pages loaded for review. CSV report option will export high-level data points. Downlad All option will download the file content directly.
Policies:
Google - "Chats" monitoring unavailable due to API limitations.
