We are experiencing widespread outages for Cloud Monitor. Currently these outages appear to be caused by networking infrastructure going down on google cloud.

Google Engineers have confirmed an issue with Virtual Private Cloud (VPC). There is an issue with:



VM to VM communication

VM to VM communication over internal IPs

In the following locations:



asia-east1 (active)

us-central1 (active)

It appears that google has recovered from the outages, access should be restored to your instances.

Google has not provided live updates on the event, so we cannot say with certainty at this time that the outage is completely resolved, instances should be reachable.
