The article below provides steps to check if your domain setup is monitoring device data.
GOOGLE ADMIN SETUP:
Navigate to your Google admin console to ensure the proper monitoring settings are enabled.
STEP ONE:
Sign into Google Admin Console.
Next click "Devices" from the left side menu.
STEP TWO:
From the "Devices" drop down select "Mobile & endpoints" then "Settings".
STEP THREE:
From the "Setting" dropdown click "Universal settings".
Click the "General" section to expose further options.
On the "General" dropdown select "Mobile management" to access monitoring settings.
STEP FOUR:
Ensure your monitoring is NOT set to "Turn off mobile management (Unmanaged)"
STEP FIVE:
Enable mobile management by selecting the "Custom" option.
Update any "Unmanaged" results to "Basic" using the dropdown picklist.
Lastly, "Save" the changes.
Device monitoring is captured when domain users sign into Google from mobile apps or devices. Devices that access accounts using domain credentials will be logged and added to Google's list of connected devices.
