The Settings section is part of the Admin tab and contains all setting options related to the platform.

SETTING OPTIONS
Settings lists allows platform administrators to configure global settings, domain details, device messaging, and notification branding.
General:
Contains fundamental platform parameters, licensing, and integration features.
Field / Feature | Description |
Tenant Id | A unique identifier for your organization's instance of the platform. (Non-editable.) |
Domain Id | A unique identifier associated with your primary domain configuration. (Non-editable.) |
Content Filter Light | Use the dropdown to Enable or Disable the basic content filtering feature across the platform. |
Classroom Management | Use the dropdown to Enable or Disable the Classroom Management module, which provides teacher controls and class features. |
Classroom WebRtc | Use the dropdown to Enable or Disable Web Real-Time Communication (WebRTC) for classroom features, typically used for screen-sharing or video functions. |
Group Sync | Use the dropdown to Enable or Disable automatic synchronization of user groups (e.g., from an identity provider like Google Workspace or Azure AD). |
System Time Zone | Use the dropdown to set the official time zone for all logs, timestamps, and reports generated by the platform. |
Devices Settings:
Contains input field for default message shown to users when a device they are using is reported as lost or stolen.
Field / Feature | Description |
Default Lost or Stolen Message | Enter the message you want displayed on a user's screen when their device is remotely flagged as lost or stolen. This typically includes instructions on who to contact. |
Notification Customization:
Contains customization options for visual branding of platform notifications seen by users.

Logo | Managed Methods (or your current logo) is displayed here. Use Choose File to upload a new logo image that will be used in user notifications. |
