This guide covers students failing to connect on active class sessions. Users must be active on Google's "Chrome" browser to connect successfully.
USERS FAILING TO CONNECT
Non connected users will be displayed with blank screens and a grey (x) icon.
Checklist:
Confirm "Session" started in domain related to students.
Open new Google "Chrome" browser tab on user device.
ACTIVE USER FAILING TO CONNECT
Certain scenarios can result in sporadic user connections where some students connect but others don't.
Checklist:
Click "ManagedMethods" Chrome extension icon on user device and select the "Info" subtab.
Scroll down to click "Send Logs to Support" and input "Key" provided by support.
