Locations utilizing content filters, proxies, firewalls, etc. may encounter sporadic platform behaviors. Below are the URLs that require access for proper performance.

Confirm the following URLs are allowed for access.

Content Filter & Classroom Manager:

  • content-filter-198607361797.us-central1.run.app

  • content-filter-k6wbttzueq-uc.a.run.app

Classroom Manager:

USERS CONNECTED BUT CAN'T SEE SCREENS

Google has a Domain setting called "DisableScreenshots". If enabled, platform Class sessions can't present user screens.
