VIOLATIONS SUMMARY
Violations serves as the primary audit summary for all policy-related incidents. This provides a centralized view of flagged activity.
The top data points quickly provide indicators for situational awareness:
Total Violations: The cumulative number of violations recorded by the system.
Recent Violations (past 24 hours): A focused count of incidents from the last full day.
SEARCHING VIOLATIONS
Filter allows you to pinpoint specific incidents using various search input conditions.
Filter Option | Description |
Date Range | Narrows the log to incidents occurring within a specific timeframe. |
Organizational Unit | Filter by the specific group or department the user belongs to. |
Email / Device IP | Search for violations tied to a specific user account or hardware ID. |
URL / Input | Search by the website visited or the specific text input that triggered the violation. |
Risk(s) | Filter the list by specific risk categories (e.g., "Blocklist"). |
Violations Only | A toggle to ensure only flagged incidents are visible in the list. |
REVIEWING VIOLATIONS
Summary allows further investigation checks and data actions. Clicking on any blue results will generate other available data and check options.
