Overview – Directory Accounts

The Accounts page (under Directory) lists every account synced to the Content Filter for the selected domain. For each account it shows the current status, email and name, organizational unit, violation count, last known location, and when the account was last heard from. Use it to confirm coverage, look up a specific user, or jump to a user’s violations.

What this guide covers

Before you begin: You need a Content Filter Admin role to view the Accounts page. The list reflects the domain selected in the top bar — switch domains there if your organization manages more than one. Reach this page from the top nav under Directory › Accounts.
