The Schedules page lets admins create schedule(s) that determine when policies are applied. If there are no configured schedules, policies always apply. If one or more schedules are configured, each schedule is evaluated and policies apply when the current date and time fall within any schedule. Schedules are scoped to an Organizational Unit.
What this guide covers
Before you begin: open the Content Filter console and select Policy › Schedules from the top navigation. Use the + Add New Schedule button to create a schedule; existing schedules are listed below it.
The Schedules page: the Add New Schedule button and the list of configured schedules.
Scoping by Organizational Unit
Use the two Organizational Unit selectors at the top right to choose the OU whose schedules you want to view and manage. Schedules configured at a given OU level govern when that unit’s policies apply.
The Schedules page header with the Organizational Unit selectors on the right.
The schedules list
Configured schedules appear in the list beneath the + Add New Schedule button. When no schedules exist the list shows No data, which—per the page’s own guidance—means policies always apply. Once schedules are added, policies apply only when the current date and time fall within at least one of them.

Adding a schedule
Select + Add New Schedule to open the schedule form. Give the schedule a name, optionally set a date range, choose the days of the week it is active, and set the time window. Select Save to create it, or Cancel to discard.
The schedule form: Name, Dates, Days and Times fields with Save and Cancel.
Field | Description |
Name | A label for the schedule. |
Dates | An optional start and end date range that bounds when the schedule is active. |
Days (required) | The days of the week the schedule applies: M, Tu, W, Th, F, Sa, Su. |
Times (required) | The start and end time window during which the schedule is active. |
Save / Cancel | Save creates the schedule; Cancel discards the form without saving. |
