How to Search and Filter Violations

Narrow down the Violations list by date, user, URL, policy type, or risk to quickly find what you're looking for.

Note: Filters can be combined — for example, search a specific URL within a date range and organizational unit at the same time.


STEP ONE

Go to Violations in the top navigation to open the Violations dashboard, which shows total and recent violation counts along with the full filterable list.

STEP TWO

Expand the Filter panel and enter your search criteria. You can filter by Date Range, Organizational Unit, Email, Device IP, URL, Input, Policy Type, or Risk(s). Here we filter by URL.

STEP THREE

Click Search to apply your filters. The list below updates to show only violations matching your criteria.

STEP FOUR

Click Reset to clear all filters and return to the full, unfiltered Violations list.

Reset button clears filters back to the default view
