How to Set Up Scheduled Reports

Automatically email a recurring Account Activity report to yourself or other staff on a set schedule.

Note: Scheduled Reports are created from the Reports menu on the Violations page, not from the Scheduled Reports page itself — that page only shows and manages reports you've already created.


STEP ONE

Go to Violations, click the Reports button above the results list, then select Scheduled Report.

STEP TWO

In the configuration window, click Add Email and enter the recipient address(es) that should receive the report.

STEP THREE

Review the Schedule section to set which days the report should run and at what time, then click Save.

STEP FOUR

Go to Scheduled Reports in the top navigation to view, edit, or delete your scheduled reports at any time.
