Note: Risk badges in the Violations list are clickable. Depending on the risk type, clicking a badge shows either the matched policy details (Organizational Unit, Group, Type, Site) or the specific risk categories detected (e.g. profanity, PII, self-harm language).
STEP ONE
From the top navigation, click Violations to open the violations dashboard.
Click Violations in the top navigation bar.
STEP TWO
In the violations table, find the entry you want to investigate and look at its Risks column. Each entry shows a badge (e.g. Blocklist or Multiple Risks) indicating what was flagged.
The Risks column shows a badge for each flagged violation.
STEP THREE
Click the risk badge to open its detail popover. This shows the specific policy match — including the Organizational Unit, Group, Type, and Site involved.
The detail popover shows exactly which policy and organizational unit matched.
STEP FOUR
For deeper investigation, click View on the row, then click Context. This opens the account's detail page, showing the flagged entry pinned alongside surrounding account activity for full context.
The account's General info and Account Activity timeline give full context around the flagged entry.
