STEP ONE
From the top navigation, click Directory and select Accounts from the dropdown menu.
Click Directory, then choose Accounts.
STEP TWO
Use the Filter panel to search for the account by Email, Organizational Unit, Status, or Date Range. Enter the email address (or part of it) and click Search.
Enter search criteria and click Search to filter the list.
STEP THREE
Click the Actions icon next to the account, or click the account's email address, to open its Account Details page. Review the General section for the account's name, Organizational Unit, and last known location.
Account Details shows general profile information.
STEP FOUR
Scroll to the Account Activity section to review the user's browsing and search history. Use the tabs (All, Url, Input, Search, AI) to filter activity by type, and click View on any row for more detail.
Use the activity type tabs to narrow down the results.
