Note: The Violations page defaults to a short date range. If your results show "No data," widen the Date Range filter to cover a longer period.
STEP ONE
From the top navigation bar, click Violations to open the violations dashboard.
Click Violations in the top navigation bar.
STEP TWO
Use the Filter panel to narrow results by Date Range, Organizational Unit, Email, Device IP, URL, Input, Policy Type, or Risk(s), then click Search. Use the All / Url / Input / Search / AI tabs to focus on a specific violation type.
Filter and review the violations list (emails masked for privacy in this example).
STEP THREE
Click View in the Actions column for a violation row, then select Context to see the account’s activity surrounding that violation.
Click View, then Context, to open the account's activity around the violation.
STEP FOUR
The Account Details page shows the account’s general info and an Account Activity table, with the flagged violation pinned (marked with a flag icon) among surrounding activity for context.

STEP FIVE
To export your filtered results, click Reports above the table and choose CSV, PDF, or Scheduled Report (to automate recurring exports).
Click Reports to export the current violations view as CSV, PDF, or a Scheduled Report.
