Note: Custom risks can be Keyword or Regex based. Machine Learning risks (see the Icon Key) are built-in and not created manually. A newly created risk is saved in a disabled state until you turn it on.
STEP ONE
From the top navigation bar, click Policy, then select Risks.
Select Risks from the Policy menu.
STEP TWO
In the All Risks panel, click the + button to start a new risk.
Click the + button to add a new risk.
STEP THREE
Name the risk, choose a Type (Keyword or Regex), enter your term(s) in the Keywords field, and click Save. Optional fields like Match Count and Context let you fine-tune detection sensitivity.
Enter a name, type, and keyword(s), then click Save.
STEP FOUR
The risk is saved and appears in the All Risks list, but the toggle next to it starts off. Click the toggle to turn the risk on.
New risks are saved disabled by default — click the toggle to enable.
STEP FIVE
The toggle turns green when the risk is active. To remove a risk later, select it and click the trash/delete icon in the top-right of the risk detail panel.
A green toggle means the risk is active; use the trash icon to delete a risk.
