Accounts Tab Overview
The accounts tab is where you can see a list of all the accounts that have ever installed the extension. At the top of the page you will see the total number of accounts that have connected. Below that is the user table. This table contains a list of every user and the following details about each user: Email Address, Status, Organizational Unit, Violations, Last known Location, Last Heard From and Actions.
Filter Section
The filter section allows you to filter which accounts are displayed on the below table. You can filter your results by the following options: Organizational Unit, Last Heard From Between, Email Address and/or Accounts With Violations.
Account Details Table
The accounts details table shows you the following information about an account: Last Seen, Email Address, Organizational Unit, Violations, Last Known Location, Actions
Colored Icon
The first column in the table shows one of three icon colors Green, Yellow or Grey.
Green
Has been seen in the last 24 hours.
Yellow
Has been seen between 25 hours and one week
Grey
Hasn't been seen in longer than a week
Email Address
The email address of the account
Organizational Unit
The organizational unit that the account belongs to
Violations
Total number of violations that the account has had in the last 30 days. Clicking the number in this column will take you to the account details page with a filter pre-applied to only show violations for this account.
Last Known Location
The last location that the account logged in from
Actions
The icon in this column will navigate you to the account details page for this account.
