Brief Overview of the Account Details Page

  • The general section gives you the basic information about the account selected such as name, last heard from, and email.

  • The account activity section shows you the history of what websites a user went to and if any of their history was deemed a violation and what that violation was.

  • The device activity section shows you all the computers the user logged into chrome on and various details about that computer along with if the device is considered stolen or not.

Navigating to the Account Details Page

  1. To access account specific details click the accounts tab at the top of the page

  2. Locate the account that you'd like to get specific details on and then click their email address inside of the table column labeled Email

  3. Then click the Go to Account Details button that appears.

Filtering Account Details Page by Date or Time

  1. Near the top of the page you will see a box with a date range picker and the text Filter data by date range

  2. Clicking on either of the two dates will open a popup that lets you pick a start/end date and time.

  3. After you select a date and time you can then click the blue OK button in the bottom right to confirm your selection

  4. After pressing OK the data should automatically update with the filter in place.

Filtering Account Activity

Above the account activity table is filtering form. You can input various things into this form and filter the results of the account activity to match your filter. After you set the filter, press SEARCH to apply the filter or press RESET to undo all pending changes.

Activity Type:

  • Allows you to choose which activity types you want to look for. Can select one or more options: Url, Options, Search

  • Url selects any activity where the user was blocked from going to a website

  • Input selects any activity where the user input something into an input field and was flagged as a risk.

  • Search selects any activity where the user input something into a search engine. (I.E. Google.com)

URL:

  • Allows you to filter by the url the activity happened at.

Input:

  • Allows you to filter by what the account user typed into an input field.

Risk Type:

  • Allows you to filter by any risk you've created on the Risk page.

Violations Only:

  • Toggle allows you to filter by any activity that was flagged as a violation.

Refreshing the Data

At the top right hand corner there is a button labeled Refresh. You can click this button to refresh the data on the page with the most current data.

Device Activity Table

On the device activity table you will see all the details about the accounts devices they've connected to. This table displays the following information:

  • Date

  • Device Status (Lost/Stolen)

  • IP Address

  • Named Location

The device activity table can be filtered by using the date range picker at the top of the page. However, the filter for the account activity will not apply to this table.

The device status column will also allow you to set the status to Lost/Stolen or Found/Recovered by clicking on the lock icon.

Exporting Data to CSV

Note: Reports are limited to 500 results.

  1. Navigate to an Account detail page

  2. Apply the filter(s) you want

  3. Verify the filters are correct on the table below

  4. Click the Export to CSV button at the top of the table, next to the pagination

  5. This should start the download for the data you wanted in a CSV format.
